The axe falls on welfare to work provider Triage in Darlington weeks after winning a contract under the government’s new work program.
From how it is reported it looks like they put in a bid that they couldn’t afford to run on, well how stupid can you get. We can only hope the whole pack of cards falls on this scheme along with the providers. I was just wondering is there a website for these job shites that have abused us for years… ooopps its us as there now unemployed
Axe falls on job creation workers
WORKERS at a North-East jobs creation agency have been made redundant only weeks after the company won a Government contract to help the long-term unemployed.
Last month, Triage was sub-contracted to help deliver the Government’s flagship £5bn back-to- work scheme, which aims to help 2.4 million unemployed people find jobs.
It has been given an undisclosed grant to help long-term unemployed people in the Tees Valley back into work.
But staff hoping to help the region’s unemployed have instead found themselves out of a job
