It’s shaping up to be quite the month for a celebrity baby boom.
Coronation Street actor Charlie Condou, who plays Marcus Dent in the ITV1 soap, welcomed his second child into the world on Wednesday.
Female friend Catherine Kanter, who gave birth to a baby boy, has played the fairy godmother by undergoing IVF to conceive with the gay star.
Charlie, 39, announced the good news on Twitter, simply writing: ‘Happy Birthday Hal Condou’.
He then joked: ‘Thanks for all your messages. Obviously I don’t know him very well yet, but he seems like a lovely bloke #HalCondou’.
Beyonce and Jay-Z welcomed their first child Blue Ivy into the world on January 7, while Michelle Heaton and Hugh Hanley became parents to Faith Michelle Hanley on Wednesday; the same day as Charlie.
The former Casualty and Peak Practice star is already father to two-year-old daughter Georgia Mae, whom he brings up with Catherine, the girl’s biological mother, and his boyfriend Cameron Laux.

Fellow Corrie beauty Kym Marsh initially revealed that her co-star Charlie was expecting back in July.
Coundou confirmed the news online, saying: ‘I’m having another baby! Can’t wait, though it took me ages to get my figure back last time.’
Art imitates life for Charlie, who has a same-sex relationship with Antony Cotton in the fictional town of Weatherfield.
Sacha Parkinson, who left the show last month after her lesbian wedding ended in disaster, has already tweeted her support.
The blonde teenager wrote: ‘@Charliecondou yayyyyyyy congratulations you hunkydunkkkk! Lots of love to the family, :)! See you soonnnn x’
Former Hear’Say singer Marsh also sent her love, saying: ‘Welcome to the world Hal Condou!!! Congratulations Charlie you are a fab daddy and I’m very proud of you both xxx’
The Coronation Street soap is a massive indoctrination social engineering cretinous programme currently constantly trying to force peoples minds to accepting and even trying gay sex. The writer is gay and has been put in place for this very agenda.
Remember folks at the end of all this agenda and until babies are totally made in a laboratory without the need for females or males you’ll have a small populace who will breed and rest will not. The Tavistock want to ideally program 95% of the males into homosexuality or at worse bisexuality. Yes you read correctly 95%. In feminines they want around 70% being lesbian or bisexual. There may be if we’re lucky 30-50% will be hetrosexual but its doubtful unless fertility is totally stopped through genetics prior to birth as in day one from birth. Basically only 30% of feminines will be allowed to breed and only 5% of masculines. So what does that tell you about the other percentage? Right now they’ll have to be turned gay and/or have contraceptions and brainwashing at hand. Abortion clinics will be there to lend a helping hand to any of those so-called mistakes.
