Hague attacks Argentine seizure of Repsol oil assets

William Hague has hit out at Argentina after the country’s government said it was seizing YPF, the South American nation’s biggest oil company which is controlled by Spanish energy group Repsol.

    9:12AM BST 18 Apr 2012

The Foreign Secretary warned that the move by controversial president Cristina Fernandez was part of a wider protectionist agenda.

Ms Fernandez has said she will nationalise a large part of YPF, reducing Repsol’s stake from 57pc to 6pc.

Spain has threatened swift economic retaliation against Argentina over the plans, which are part of Argentina’s efforts to curb fuel price increases.

Mr Hague said he was “very concerned” by the developments.

“This is the latest in a series of trade and investment related actions taken by Argentina which are damaging to business interests and will undermine Argentina’s economy by reducing its attractiveness to international investors,” he said.

He said: “The Argentine Government has made no secret of the fact that it wishes to reduce imports and boost its domestic trade surplus through a variety of restrictive trade measures.

“This goes against all the commitments Argentina has made in the G20 to promote transparency and reduce protectionism. We will work with Spain and our EU partners to ensure the Argentine authorities uphold their international commitments and obligations.”

Spain has called in Argentina’s ambassador over the nationalization order by Ms Fernandez, a move that sent Repsol shares tumbling but delighted many ordinary Argentines.

“I must express my profound unease. It’s a negative decision for everyone,” Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy said at the a World Economic Forum meeting in Mexico.

He said the Spanish-controlled company was being expropriated “without any justification.”

Spanish Industry Minister Jose Manuel Soria promised “consequences” in the coming days. “They will be in the diplomatic field, the industrial field, and on energy,” he said.

Spain is due to consider its next steps at a cabinet meeting on Friday but it appeared to have limited leverage over Argentina, which has proven impervious to pressure in the past.

Repsol said YPF was worth $18 billion as a whole, and that it would seek compensation on that basis. YPF’s market capitalization is $10.4bn, according to Reuters data.

Argentina’s Deputy Economy Minister Axel Kicillof said Buenos Aires would not agree to Repsol’s valuation.

” We’re not going to pay what they say,” he told the Senate committee kicking off a debate over the expropriation bill.

“We need YPF’s objectives to match Argentina’s objectives … The state is the solution.”

He said that securing control of YPF was central to Fernandez fulfilling her reelection campaign promise of “deepening the model” for her state-centric policies.

A surging fuel import bill has pushed production to the top of Fernandez’s agenda at a time of worsening state finances in Latin America’s No. 3 economy.

Repsol, whose shares fell a further 1.4pc on Wednesday and are now down around 7pc so far this week, said the takeover was unjustified and vowed to defend its interests.

“This battle is not over,” company Chairman Antonio Brufau said. “The expropriation is nothing more than a way of covering over the social and economic crisis facing Argentina right now.”

European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso urged Argentina to uphold international agreements on business protection with Spain. “I am seriously disappointed about yesterday’s announcement,” he said in Brussels.

Spanish media slammed the expropriation, believed to be biggest nationalization in the natural resources field since the seizure of Russia’s Yukos oil company a decade ago.

La Razon newspaper carried a photograph of Fernandez on its front page in a pool of oil with the headline: “Kirchner’s Dirty War”, a reference to her full name.

El Periodico spoke of “The New Evita”, noting Fernandez announced the nationalization in a room dominated by a large sculptured image of Eva Peron, the first lady of Argentina from 1946-1952 who is revered by many Argentines as a champion of the poor.

YPF has been under pressure from Fernandez’s center-left government to boost oil production, and its share price has plunged in recent months on speculation about a state takeover.

Spanish investment in Argentina may now be at risk after the move on YPF. In the “reconquista”, or reconquest, of the 1990s, newly privatized Spanish businesses bought Latin American banks, telephone companies and utilities. “Reconquista” refers to the Spanish conquest of the region 500 years earlier.

Foreign investors are key to helping develop one of the world’s largest reserves of shale oil and gas recently discovered in the Vaca Muerta area of Argentina.

Investors have pushed up the cost of protecting themselves against the risk of Argentina defaulting on its debt. Since February, Argentine credit default swaps have cost more than those of Venezuela, whose credit is also considered risky.

Mariano Rajoy travelled to Mexico to drum up support at the World Economic Forum which is meeting ahead of G20 and IMF meetings later this week.

Lawyers said Argentina was legally allowed to take back YPF, which was sold to Repsol for $15bn in 1999, as long as shareholders are paid. Raoul Ruparel of Open Europe said: “EU countries are the biggest investors into South America and the EU is also the area’s biggest export market – so there is economic and political remit even if there isn’t a legal one.”

Mr Brufau said the move was “manifestly illegal and gravely discriminatory”. He said YPF accounted for 25.6pc of Repsol’s operating profit, 21pc of its net profit and 33.7pc of its investments. “These are big figures but we can withstand them,” he said.

He said Ms Fernandez de Kirchner was “hiding the economic and social crisis which Argentina is suffering”. He said she had operated a “mistaken energy policy” that has led to the country’s bill for oil imports shooting up 110pc last year to $9.4bn. He flatly denied her claim that Repsol had not invested enough in the assets, saying $20bn had been poured into YPF.

Meanwhile, a Chinese news website reported that China Petrochemical Corp (Sinopec Group) was in talks to buy YPF. said China’s second-largest oil company had agreed to take over YPF for more than $15bn. The nationalisation will have scuppered the deal.

Argentine gov’t ends state intervention in YPF, slams Repsol

    Published June 01, 2012

The Argentine government ended a period of administrative control over recently nationalized oil firm YPF, accusing its former majority shareholder, Spanish energy major Repsol, of using the company as a cash cow to fund its international expansion.

Planning Minister Julio De Vido and Deputy Economy Minister Axel Kicillof leveled the accusations Friday in presenting a report prepared by government-appointed administrators on the situation at YPF.

The government expropriated a 51 percent stake in the company from Repsol on April 16 and that takeover was signed into law last month.

“YPF was a company in liquidation,” Kicillof said. “It was a dairy cow that they were going to milk it until it was dead,” Kicillof, who has emerged as a key figure in President Cristina Fernandez’s administration, said.

“They didn’t explore … they let reserves fall, they let production fall and they made a lot of money,” he said of Repsol’s management of Argentina’s largest oil firm.

He said the new administrators “saw confidential plans for the future that were going to cause even more damage … what I’ve called ‘depletion’ … with irrational use of resources.”

“We found all of that when we opened the company’s confidential files,” Kicillof said, adding that Repsol’s strategy consisted of using YPF’s profits for its international expansion.

“Repsol is internationalizing on the backs of YPF,” he said, accusing the Spanish company of “cannibalizing” the Argentine firm and “pillaging our environment.”

“Repsol stopped exploring. I don’t know what that company was doing. It wasn’t an oil company. It was something else. It was a financial company (looking for) easy profits to transfer abroad,” the deputy economy minister said, adding that a 100-day and five-year business plan for YPF will be announced soon.

According to Kicillof, despite all the “destruction they sewed,” YPF remains a company with “enormous potential.”

Kicillof also referred to the massive Vaca Muerta non-conventional hydrocarbon formation, which some analysts and industry executives say was at the root of the expropriation.

“We found a timetable of 142 meetings with international oil companies, 142 meetings to sell our resources or the entire company. I believe the entire company,” he said.

Despite the criticism of Repsol for its contacts with other energy companies, De Vido acknowledged that the Argentine government also has met with multinational firms in search of possible partnerships to develop Vaca Muerta, located in west-central Argentina.

He referred specifically to companies such as Houston-based Apache Corporation and France’s Total that are now producing shale oil in Argentina, squeezing it out of tight rock reservoirs through a process known as hydraulic fracturing, or “fracking.”

Repsol sent a letter to President Fernandez last month formally proclaiming a dispute over Buenos Aires’ nationalization of the company’s YPF unit, the first step toward invoking international arbitration.

The Spanish company, which says the nationalization violates a bilateral treaty on protection of investments, has valued its stake in YPF at $10.5 billion, although Argentine state administrators have strongly hinted the government will not pay that much.

The Spanish government also has blasted the expropriation move and retaliated by announcing plans to limit imports of Argentine biodiesel.

Madrid said it also will pursue “measures of a diplomatic nature” in various international forums in response to the takeover.

The Argentine federal government is keeping just over half of the controlling 51 percent stake in YPF, with the remainder to be divided among the country’s oil-producing provinces.

Argentina’s Grupo Petersen had owned more than 25 percent in YPF but a group of banks led by Credit Suisse will take over 19 percent of that stake and Repsol the other six percent after Petersen defaulted on a loan used to buy the stake.

That will leave Repsol with a roughly 12 percent stake in YPF.

The remainder of the shares continue to be traded on the Buenos Aires and New York stock exchanges.

YPF shareholders will vote on a new board at an assembly scheduled for Monday. EFE

    Fascist volunteer

During the 1930s, Gelli volunteered for the “Black Shirts” expeditionary forces sent by Mussolini to Spain in support of Francisco Franco’s rebellion,[1] and subsequently became a liaison officer between the Italian government and the Third Reich, with contacts including Hermann Göring. He participated in the Italian Social Republic with Giorgio Almirante, founder of the neofascist Italian Social Movement (MSI).[2][3]

After a sales job with the Italian mattress factory Permaflex, Gelli founded his own textile and importing company.[1][3]

    After World War II

Gelli collaborated with American and British intelligence agencies after World War II. Gelli also joined the neofascist MSI, which gave him parliamentary immunity. In 1970, during the failed Golpe Borghese, he was delegated the role of arresting the Italian President, Giuseppe Saragat.[4] As grand master of the Propaganda Due (P2) masonic lodge, Gelli had ties with very high level personalities in Italy and abroad, in particular in Argentina. The Argentine Chancellor Alberto Vignes drafted with Juan Perón, who had returned from exile in 1973, a decree granting Gelli the Gran Cruz de la Orden del Libertador in August 1974, as well as the honorary office of economic counselor in the embassy of Argentina in Italy.[5] According to a letter sent by Gelli to César de la Vega, a P2 member and Argentine ambassador to the UNESCO, Gelli commissioned P2 member Federico Carlos Barttfeld to be transferred from the consulate of Hamburg to the Argentine embassy in Rome.[5] Licio Gelli was also named minister plenipotentiary for cultural affairs in the Argentine embassy in Italy, thus providing him with diplomatic immunity.[5] He had four diplomatic passports issued by Argentina, and has been charged in Argentina with falsification of official documents.[5]

During the 1970s, Gelli brokered three-way oil and arms deals between Libya, Italy and Argentina through the Agency for Economic Development, which he and Umberto Ortolani owned.[6]

As grand master of Propaganda Due, Gelli allegedly assumed a major role in Gladio’s “strategy of tension” in Italy, starting with the 1969 Piazza Fontana bombing. Gladio was a clandestine “stay-behind” operation sponsored by the CIA and NATO to counter communist influence in Western European countries; it has been involved in terrorist false flags operations in Italy.[7][8][9][10]

In 1990, a report on RAI Television alleged that the CIA had paid Licio Gelli to foment terrorist activities in Italy.[11] Following this report, which also claimed that the CIA had been involved in the assassination of the Swedish Prime minister Olof Palme, then President Francesco Cossiga requested the opening of investigations while the CIA itself officially denied these allegations.[12] Critics have claimed the RAI report to be a fraud because of the inclusion of testimony from Richard Brenneke, who claimed to be a former CIA agent and made several declarations concerning the October surprise conspiracy. Brenneke’s background was also investigated by a U.S. Senate subcommittee, which dismissed Brenneke’s claims of CIA employment.[13] On November 23, 1995, the Court of Cassation (Corte di Cassazione) convicted Licio Gelli (grand master of P2), Francesco Pazienza and SISMI officers Pietro Musumeci and Giuseppe Belmonte of diverting investigations in relation to the Bologna Massacre.

    The 1981 raid & the P2 list

Licio Gelli’s downfall started with the Banco Ambrosiano scandal, which led to a 1981 police raid on his villa and the discovery of the P2 covert lodge. On March 17, 1981, a police raid on his villa in Arezzo led to the discovery of a list of 962 persons composed of Italian military officers and civil servants involved in Propaganda Due (also known as “P2”), a clandestine lodge expelled from the Grande Oriente d’Italia Masonic organization.[14] A list of alleged adherents was found by the police in Gelli’s house in Arezzo in March 1981, containing 962 names, among which were important state officials, some important politicians and a number of military officers, including the heads of the three Italian secret services.[15] Future Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi was on the list, although he had not yet entered politics at the time. He was then just starting to gain popularity as the founder and owner of “Canale 5” TV channel, was listed as a member of P2.[16]

The national scandal that ensued was quite thrilling, given that most of the most delicate affairs of the republic were controlled by Gelli’s affiliates. A Parliamentary Commission, directed by Tina Anselmi (of the Christian Democratic party), found no evidence of crimes, but in 1981 the Italian parliament passed a law banning secret associations in Italy. Gelli was expelled from GOI freemasonry on October 31, 1981, and the P2 scandal provoked the fall of Arnaldo Forlani’s cabinet in June 1981 [17]

The P2 lodge did undoubtedly have some form of power in Italy, given the public prominence of its members, and many observers still consider it to be extremely strong. Several famous people in Italy today (starting with the top TV anchor-man Maurizio Costanzo) were affiliated with P2. Among these Michele Sindona, a banker with clear connections to the Mafia, has been clearly associated with P2. In 1972, Sindona purchased a controlling interest in Long Island’s Franklin National Bank. Two years later, the bank collapsed.[18] Convicted in 1980 in the USA, “mysterious Michele” was extradited to Italy. Two years later, he was poisoned in his cell while serving a life sentence.[19][20] The P2 membership list was authenticated, with a few exceptions, by a 1984 parliamentary report.[21]

On the run, Licio Gelli escaped to Switzerland where he was arrested on September 13, 1982 while trying to withdraw tens of millions of dollars in Geneva.[17] Detained in the modern Champ-Dollon Prison near Geneva, he managed to escape[22] and then fled to South America for four years. In 1984 Jorge Vargas, the secretary general of the Union Nacionalista de Chile (UNACH, Nationalist Union of Chile, a short-lived National Socialist party [23]) and a former member of the Movimiento Revolucionario Nacional Sindicalista (National-Syndicalist Revolutionary Movement [23]), declared to La Tercera de la Hora that Gelli was then in Chile.[24]

Finally, Gelli surrendered in 1987 in Switzerland to investigative judge Jean-Pierre Trembley.[25] He was wanted in connection with the 1982 collapse of the Banco Ambrosiano [26] and on charges of subversive association in connection with the 1980 Bologna railway station bombing, which killed 85 people.[26][27]

He was sentenced to two months in prison in Switzerland,[28] while an Italian court in Florence sentenced him on December 15, 1987, in absentia, to 8 years in prison on charges of financing right-wing terrorist activity in Tuscany in the 1970s.[29] Gelli had already been sentenced in absentia to 14 months in jail by a court in San Remo for illegally exporting money from Italy.[29]

    Extradition to Italy and trials

Switzerland eventually agreed to extradite him to Italy, but only on financial charges stemming from the collapse of Banco Ambrosiano. Gelli’s extradition in February 1988 required a high-level security apparatus, including 100 sharpshooters, decoy cars, a train, road blocks and two armored cars to transfer him to Italy.[30] In July 1988 he was absolved of charges of subversive association by a Bologna court but was presented with a five-year prison term for slander, having side-tracked the investigation into the 1980 bombing of the Bologna train station. However, stipulations connected to his extradition prevented him from serving time.[31][32] Two years later, an appeal court threw out Gelli’s slander conviction.[33] A retrial was ordered in October 1993.[34]

In 1992 Licio Gelli was sentenced to 18 years and six months of prison after being found guilty of fraud concerning the collapse of Banco Ambrosiano in 1982 (a “black hole” of $1.4 billion was found). The Vatican bank, Istituto per le Opere di Religione, main share-holder of the Banco Ambrosiano, consequently had a “black hole” of $250 million. This sentence was reduced by the Court of Appeal to 12 years.

The year 1992 also saw the beginning of the trial of 16 members of the P2 Masonic Lodge, which included charges of conspiracy against the state, espionage, and the revelation of state secrets.[35] In April 1994, Gelli received a 17-year sentence for divulging state secrets and slandering the investigation, while the court threw out the charge that P2 members conspired against the state;[36] Gelli’s sentence was reduced, and he was placed under house arrest two years later.[37]

In April 1998, the Court of Cassation confirmed a 12 year sentence for the Ambrosiano crash.[38] Gelli then disappeared on the eve of being imprisoned, in May 1998, while being under house arrest in his mansion near Arezzo.[38] His disappearance was strongly suspected to be the result of being forewarned. Then, finally, he was arrested in the French Riviera in Cannes.

Two motions of no confidence were made by the right-wing opposition (the Northern League and the ex-Christian Democratic splinter groups CDU-CDR), against the Justice Minister, Giovanni Maria Flick, and the Interior Minister, Giorgio Napolitano, stating that Gelli had benefited from accomplices helping him in his escape. They also made reference to secret negotiations which would have allowed him to reappear without going to prison. But the two ministers won the confidence vote.[39]

Police found $2M worth of gold ingots in Gelli’s villa.[40][41]

A few years after the Ambrosiano scandal, many suspects pointed toward Gelli with reference to his possible involvement in the murder of the Milanese banker Roberto Calvi, also known as “God’s banker”, who had been jailed in the wake of the collapse of Banco Ambrosiano. On July 19, 2005, Gelli was formally indicted by Roman Magistrates for the murder of Roberto Calvi, along with former Mafia boss Giuseppe Calò (also known as “Pippo Calò”), businessmen Ernesto Diotallevi and Flavio Carboni, and the latter’s girlfriend, Manuela Kleinszig. In his statement before the court Gelli blamed people connected with Calvi’s work in financing the Polish Solidarity movement, allegedly on behalf of the Vatican. He was accused of having provoked Calvi’s death in order to punish him for having embezzled money owed to him and the Mafia. The Mafia also wanted to prevent Calvi from revealing how the bank had been used for money laundering.

Gelli has been implicated in Aldo Moro’s murder, since the Italian chief of intelligence, accused of negligence, was a piduista (P2 member).

    Connections to Argentina’s military junta

A fugitive in Argentina for many years, Licio Gelli publicly declared on repeated occasions that he was a close friend of Argentina’s leader Juan Peron, although no confirmation ever came from South America, and he often affirmed, without ever explicitly explaining why, that this friendship was of real importance for Italy. Several members of the Argentine military junta have been found to be P2 members, such as Raúl Alberto Lastiri, Argentina’s interim president from July 13, 1973 until October 12, 1973, Emilio Massera, part of Jorge Videla’s military junta from 1976 to 1978, and José López Rega, the infamous founder of the Argentine Anticommunist Alliance (“Triple A”).

Nomination for Nobel Prize in Literature

In 1996, Gelli was nominated as a candidate for the Nobel Prize in Literature.[2]

    2003 interview

In 2003, Gelli told La Repubblica that it seemed that the P2 “democratic rebirth plan” was being implemented by Silvio Berlusconi:

Every morning I speak to my conscience and the dialogue calms me down. I look at the country, read the newspaper, and think: “All is becoming a reality little by little, piece by piece. To be truthful, I should have had the copyright to it. Justice, TV, public order. I wrote about this thirty years ago… Berlusconi is an extraordinary man, a man of action. This is what Italy needs: not a man of words, but a man of action.

He talked of many Italian politicians. Of Fabrizio Cicchitto he said he knew him well (è bravo, preparato – “he’s good and capable”). With regard to Berlusconi’s program for the reform of the judicial system, he boasted that this had been an integral part of his original project. He also approved of Berlusconi’s reorganization of TV networks.[2]

In December 2007 Licio Gelli signed a life rights agreement with New York based producer Gabor Harrach. The movie (working title ‘Conspirator’) is in development.

    • Please note that Licio Gelli has dual-Citizenship between Italy and ARGENTINA. He has a strong alliance with the Deutsche Verteidigungs Dienst operation led by Knight of Malta George H.W. Bush in the region for the Teutonic power players in Upper Bavaria. Argentina is key to the highly secretive Antarctica the most important region on Earth for control.

    April 19th 2012

First of all say that what follows is not policy or what is meant by it, but history, true and not written by the winners. Nothing bad or little is commendable for a true Christian as the writer and which (I and I) read to understand where you stand and what is happening around him. Also good thing the rest of the world people know the truth from falsehood, ie, the fact that when the Christian is repeat what is written in the Bible that says that “the world is in the power of Satan.” So what then is will be of great benefit for civilian human beings, but is especially designed for the healing of true Christians must still live in this wicked world.

Follows a brief explanation of my thoughts on the events recently in countries like Argentina, Spain, Italy, and many others.

Argentina is governed by a long two-headed government formed by the Jesuit Order and the Propaganda Due. The Propaganda Due to Licio Gelli rules in Argentina since the 1970 when Peron control, Emilio Massera and Jose LopezRega, designed and implemented much of the civic and military dictatorship that lasted from 1976 to 1983. Decay after power up where I have knowledge, but this is a matter of further study and research. But it is my thinking, and this is already full speculation (albeit one based on reason and consequence of many other tests) Repsol / Fiscal Oilfields in the Order of the Jesuits by the King of Spain and Jerusalem, King Juan Carlos 1 Bourbon Farnese (Farnese family descendant, financial earliest of the Jesuit Order) and by the President of Spain, Mariano Rajoy, educated by the Jesuits. The Jesuits were in control of Coadjuntor Jesuit José Roberto Dromi, Minister of Works and Public Services and “Managing Privatization” Menem Government and Professor of Law at the Jesuit University of El Salvador who privatized YPF (and Aerolineas Argentinas), and This control gave the Ultra-Jesuit King of Spain.

The Propaganda Due lost two of his strongest bases and viceroys in the hands of the Order of the Jesuits: Gaddafi in Lybia, and Berlusconi in Spain.

Khadafi was an old and faithful member of Propaganda Due to Licio Gelli, who was dismissed by the Multinational Forces-controlled Anglo-Saxon Empire of the United States of America, controlled by the Order of the Jesuits who prey on all its executive and legislative branches.

Berlusconi was attacked long and continuously by both the Fourth Estate as the other two remaining (because it controlled the Executive). It is known that Berlusconi is also old and loyal member of the Masonic Lodge / Catholic Propaganda Due to Licio Gelli. Was not immediately deposed and then tax all Italy educated by the Jesuits Mario Monti?

So we are seeing a new battle in this war waged by the Order of the Jesuits against the Propaganda Due. It is therefore my intuition, and in view of the above, the P-2 controls the government of the viceroys Kirchner and his neo-Peronist risen created by the Knight of Malta Domingo Peron, while the Jesuit Order controls the Grupo Clarin, created by Roberto Noble Knight of Malta, which functions as part of the opposition.

Three major power bases had Gelli: Argentina / Brazil, Lybia, and Italy / Spain. Italy, Spain and Lybia have fallen. Argentina and Brazil are.

The P-2 (P-3, P-4 … PX) capital and fuel needed for its war against the Jesuit Order. For therefore we both used to Ciccone and YPF.

Is this what actually happens today in Argentina and the world.

In the future ire attaching and added more information and relevant documentation.

    In Yahweh through Christ,

    Brother Maxi.

    • Dear Maxi

My conclusion is that in order to maintain their “upper hand”, the Jesuits most likely “teach” their aligned initiatic orders (Skull & Bones, P2, UGLE, AASR, etc) “a lesson” from time to time. Their allies have the same goals as the Jesuits, as these themselves derive from Jesuit goals. They no doubt have the same process of getting rid of (in their eyes) “dead wood” that corporations do. That is not to say that all hostilities toward the Jesuit Alliance is contrived & controlled, but that we can extrapolate – from the essential agendas of the higher levels of these groups & their interfacing via key individuals – the general dynamics within the covert global power structure.

Gelli was (well still is, I haven’t heard that he’s died yet) a Knight Commander of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre. When the OHS & the IHS start to have different goals then let me know. Until then I think that it is reasonable to conclude that the Jesuits like to maintain discipline over their occult allies & “mind-aligned” offshoots.

      Peace –

      • Troy, regarding your statement: “Gelli was (well still is, I haven’t heard that he’s died yet) a Knight Commander of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre. When the OHS & the IHS start to have different goals then let me know. “… i will say: not necessarily.

And i invoque two examples for saying that.

The first invocation would be the demons called “the Prince of the North” and the “Prince of the South” prophesied in the Book of Daniel which are in control of the “Kingdom of the North” and the “Kingdom of the South”, respectively. These two kingdoms and Arch Angels Demons both works for Satan, but still they fight between eachother.

The second invocation would be the examples that we have in the Monarchical Orders of more commons in the past. ‘Couse while some of the members of these orders were 100% obedient and loyal to the Great Masters embodied in the King, others ‘big shots’ like other Kings (which also are Great Masters of their own Orders) do not obey them in all the issues and are not subordinated to him altough they are almost equal in their power and influence.

I believe this two things COULD HAPPEN, in the case of the Propaganda Due, Propaganda Tre, Propaganda Quattro. As for me, i clearly see in the ‘ “YPF/Repsol” Issue’ a battle here in Argentina and in Europe as the continuaction of the war between the P2 against the IHS that we saw the past year in Lybia and in Italy/Spain.

Other scenarios also can happen in this time of Clay and Iron in which we live, Troy.

        In Yahweh, through Christ.

        Brother Maxi.

        • Thanks for your thoughts Maxi.

I am wondering: What is your source for alleging that Ghadaffi was a P2 agent? I’ve never heard of this before (apart from your forum post that you sent us all the link to recently). It seems that a lot is potentially swinging on this actually being the case & I’m keen to have some clarity on that. I’m guessing that that comes from Vivaldi?

          • Hello Troy.

Khaddafi was the one that gave the Exocet’s to the Argentina during the War of Malvinas/Falklands. This idea of this war was one of Emilio Massera and of the Propaganda Due as is proved in the book “Montoneros: Soldiers of Massera” as in many others. The head of the Revolutionary Group ‘Montoneros’ celebrated a meeting with Khadafi and some members of the Propaganda Due in Venezuela in en Island called “Margarita”. Nicolae Ceaușescu was also present in that meeting. All af these dictators were attacked recently and some Jesuits were putted in their past positions: Berlusconi, Khaddafi, Ceausescu. Now the war continues with this battle in the Argentina of the Kirchners. I’ll try to produce (when i have some bio-techno-time) an inform from that book, with the permision of Dr. Manfroni and available only for internal use of brothers like you Troy.

I do not trust in anything said by this Vivaldi-Pasqua. I can not do it not only becouse i do not trust in him, but becouse he never presents proofs or documentations of their statements… So, i can not use that what is said by him. That is only his word and we know what is the worth of the word in this world of today.

In other order of things, it is very amazing how Mr. Phelps can believes that this VI-P is more christian than you or me, Troy… and very shocking also.

            Brother Maxi.

Now that is some very interesting info Maxi!

I did a search at Amazon for the book that you mentioned the title of below. I came up with the following one though instead (more than slightly out of my budget to say the least):

    Soldiers of Peron: Argentina’s Montoneros
    by Richard Gillespie (Jan 1983)

Yes Vivaldi is remarkably high on claims & remarkably low & unforthcoming on proofs. He has made a number of claims to Craig & myself regarding info that he claims Leo gave him & that Vivaldi states he will safeguard, such as my supposed phone number. Well I don’t even have a phone number, so this is 100% fabrication! When I can be bothered (sometime over the next few days) I will forward & comment on more of his inanities. I am not going to do so immediately, as he obviously is paid to sit & wait for such comments so that he can type a whole bunch more, like the time-wasting diversion agent that he is.

Phelps is (wittingly or unwittingly) showing his hand in his allegiance to Vivaldi, revealing his “Christianity” to be that counterfeit of the Roman Geopolitical Black Magic Institutional Cult a.k.a. Roman Catholicism.

    Godspeed –

Brothers of the Holy Faith, have peace.

May the Glory and Peace that come to us from Yahweh the Father through His Son Jesus Christ be with you.

I present to you this modest translation of the most recent book of the Doctor Carlos Manfroni, ‘Montoneros: Soldados de Massera (Soldiers of Massera)’, in which you will be able to see, and to start to study, the close relations between the Propaganda Due of Licio Gelli with the Libyan Dictator Muammar Khadafy and with the Argentina during the Dictature from 1976 to 1983.

My hypothesis, which is right now examined by Manfroni, is that we are watching an apparent war between the P-2, P-3, P-4…, against the Jesuit Order. That the Libya of Khadafy, the Rumania of Ceausescu, the Italy of Berlusconi, and the Argentina of Peron/López Rega/Massera during the ‘70s, and the Argentina of the Kirchner’s of the 2001-2012, were and are addicted to the Propaganda Due (although they made, of course, some covenants with the I.H.S. in the past). The issues of YPF/Repsol (being Repsol a Company owned by the Ultra-Jesuitical King of Spain and Jerusalem, Juan Carlos I of the House Borbon-Farnese), the War of Libya of 2011, and the deposition of all these populist dictators, are the battles of this war in process.

Notice that this war have his continuation here in Argentina with the Issue of YPF (which the Kirchners via his banker Eskenazi controls the 25% of the Company). Now the European Union of Van Rompuy and the Spain of Mariano Rajoy is fully controlled by the Jesuit Order, and wants to make a diplomatic war against the Argentina of the Kirchners (of the P-2 by this hypothesis) becouse the Argentinian Petroleum was taked away of the hands of the King Juan Carlos I of the Jesuits. Rigth now, the Kirchner’s are using the company Ciccone to print their own money (Arg $ 100 bills), being this company used in the past by the Propaganda Due via Carlos Alberto Lacoste and Massera! Therefore, the P-2 wants money and oil, and want it now! I predict that from Argentina will come the fuel and money and resources for the up-coming battles of the IHS against the P-2.

But, at least for now, this war is diplomatical an not yet a civil or an international war. Lets hope that this do not escalate in the future.

In Yahweh the Father, through His Son Jesus Christ,

    Brother Maxi.

[Post-data: Remember, the Anti-Satanism DO NOT SAVE. Only Jesus and Yahweh saves. :)]

‘Montoneros: Soldados de Massera’ (Montoneros, Soldiers of Massera); Dr. Carlos Manfroni; page 86.

‘In 1974, during the government of Juan Domingo Peron, López Rega headed a commercial delegation to Libya, ruled by the Colonel Muammar Khadafy since 1969 until he was deposed by a multitudinary popular movement which finished with his death [Note of Maxi Aguaisol: This apparent popular movement mentioned here was and is fueled and financed by the Senussi Order and the Senussi Family (from some and I believes that will come the Mahdi based in the Islamic prophecies),with the help of the Dame of Malta, Queen of the United Kingdom], at the hands of the rebels, the 20 of October of 2011. Between López Rega and Massera – who during that time was the Chief of the Mayor State of the Navy –worked out the details. The Chancellor Alberto Vignes, also member of the P-2, was making sure that won’t be any short-circuits from the side of the foreign policies. The Argentina would provide ships and naval equipment to Libya, where Khadafypretended to form a complete fleet of military ships and armament obtained thanks to the works of the Propaganda Due.

The business of armaments also must made some front to failures, like the one that knew Licio Gelli when made works – by petition of López Rega – to sell weapons to Libya, from the Argentina, with license of Germany, where they said to him that they was not interested in arming that country. [A]

Nevertheless, the relationship of the Argentina with Khadafycame to be so strait that , by the agreements sewed by Massera and López Rega, the Naval School hosted and trained Libyan Soldiers, a relation that time later do not prospered, because the cultural differences. Larraquy says that the soldiers ‘were expelled for their lack of behavior and discipline’, and some invoque the existence of homosexual practices.

In the understanding with Khadafy opened also the petroleum oil, one of the three business preferred by the Lodge, together with the Arms and Finances, only speaking about the ones that was more or less in the surface.’

‘Montoneros: Soldados de Massera’ (Montoneros, Soldiers of Massera); Dr. Carlos Manfroni; page 130.

‘Finally, I think in one last hypothesis, which we must not desestimate. Knowing about the relations between victims and victimaries and, also, of all with the supposed beneficiary, Muammar Khadafy, we have the right to ask to ourselves if the kidnapping [Note of Maxi Aguaisol: the Kidnapping of the Director of the FIAT in France, Luchino Revelli-Beaumont. Massera also wanted the money of the kidnappings made by Montoneros against the executive of the Mercedes Benz, Heinrich Franz Metz; and against the brothers Juan and Jorge Born] did really existed or if was, since the beginning, a trick to get money from the back of the shareholders of the FIAT and of the Italian Government, for Libya or for anything else.’

‘Montoneros: Soldados de Massera’ (Montoneros, Soldiers of Massera); Dr. Carlos Manfroni; page 139, 140.

The Admiral Emilio Massera smoked the pipe of the peace with Montoneros in the first half of 1977, in Venezuela; specifically, in the Margarita Island, with Muammar Khadafy like the guaranty of the agreement and with the presence of Nicolae Ceausescu, the Rumanian Dictator. By Paul Lewis, the meeting with Venezuela was various and in them wasalso present ‘enigmatical Italian businessmen’ which belonged to the Propaganda Due Lodge. Uriarte also says that the Intelligence Services of Venezuela informed of that meeting, of which participated ‘the Montoneros’ Chief Mario Firmenich [Note of Maxi Aguaisol: The Communist Revolutionary Group Montoneros was created by the Jesuit Order thanks to the Jesuit Priest ‘Father’ Mugica Echagüe. During the coming back of Peron from the exile in Spain, in the plain, in one side of Peron was this Jesuit Priest, and on the other was Licio Gelli, the Grand Master of the Propaganda Due], the Libyan leader Muammar Khadafy, the Romanian Dictator Nicolae Ceausescu, Licio Gelli, and the Admiral Massera. All of them assisted to that meeting in the most rigorous secret’.’ [B]

Horacio Calderón is one of the principal biographers of Khadafy in the world; is Argentinian, expert in African and Middle East Issues, son of an official of the Navy, speaks Arabic and English and made twenty and one travels to Libya. He met Khadafy in an Islamic-Christian Seminary organized in Tripoli, in 1976, to which he came invited by the Jesuit Priest Ismael Quiles, with which he travelled. During that first travel, Calderón had a dinner with the father Quiles in the house of Giancarlo Elia Valori and met also the ex- Italian Prime Minister Giulio Andreotti. I asked to him a meeting to clarify the issue of the presence of Khadafy in the Margarita Island, with Montoneros and Massera. During the meeting, Calderón emphatically denied that meeting and added that a travel of the Libyan leader to Venezuela would be provoked one very important repercussion in the press; more in that time.
