THE EU HAS ARTICULATED TWO REQUIREMENTS FOR GRANTING UKRAINE A NEW TRANCHE OF 600 MILLION EUROS

The EU pushed Ukraine two requirements for granting the next tranche “of macro-financial assistance” in the amount of 600 million euros. This was stated today the head of the EU delegation in Ukraine, Yug Mingarelli.

For this, he said, Ukraine must fulfill two conditions, one of which is definitely bad and the other good.

According to Mingarelli, “the first is the lifting of the ban on the export of timber, and the second is the payment of social assistance to internally displaced persons”.

Implementation of the first condition will lead to cutting down of Ukrainian forests – Europe will get first-class timber, the Ukrainian businessmen and officials – the money for it, and probably not too big, people – anything. The environment and the nature of the country will be seriously affected, but who cares in Europe, and the current Ukrainian temporary worker is not particularly. From the point of view of the authorities, it is a good, doable condition – it is now possible to cut wood, and it is not necessary for anything to justify to anyone!

But the second requirement is clearly bad: how can we pay any money to people, why do something the wrong way left the Donbass, if they are all there to “separatists”?
